Why we started Send Me

Send Me Volleyball Academy: A Vision Turned Into Reality

In 2022, Ricardo Batiz and Fabio Silva founded Send Me Volleyball Academy with a clear mission: to provide high-quality, affordable volleyball training to young athletes in Baldwin County.

Driven by their lifelong passion for the game and years of experience as players and coaches, Ricardo and Fabio recognized an important gap in the local volleyball landscape, particularly the lack of opportunities for boys’ volleyball in the region and across the state of Alabama. Instead of waiting for change, they chose to create it.

Send Me Volleyball Academy was built on the belief that every athlete deserves the opportunity to learn, compete, and grow in a supportive environment. From day one, the focus has been on developing strong fundamentals, disciplined work habits, teamwork, and character.

More than just a volleyball club, Send Me Volleyball Academy is a place where young athletes are encouraged to push their limits, build confidence, and develop life skills that extend far beyond the court. Ricardo and Fabio have worked to create a culture that values hard work, respect, accountability, and personal growth.

Through dedicated coaching and a commitment to the community, the academy has continued to grow, now offering opportunities for boys and girls across multiple age groups while helping expand the sport of volleyball throughout Baldwin County.

Send Me Volleyball Academy reflects Ricardo Batiz and Fabio Silva’s deep commitment to the sport and their belief in the potential of every athlete they coach.

At Send Me Volleyball Academy, we don’t just develop volleyball players, we help shape confident, disciplined young people ready to succeed both on and off the court.
