Refund Policy: SEND ME VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY At SEND ME VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY, we are committed to providing exceptional services and experiences to our members. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to request a refund, please review the following refund policy guidelines: 1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for fees and charges associated with club membership, training programs, clinics, and events organized directly by SEND ME VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY. To be eligible for a refund, the member must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the club's membership agreement and program registration forms. 2. Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the club's administration or designated contact person. Please include the reason for the refund request, along with relevant details such as the member's name, membership ID, program/event name, and date of purchase. 3. Refund Process: Upon receiving a refund request, the club's administration will review the request and assess its eligibility based on the terms outlined in the club's policies. Approved refunds will be processed within [X] business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise specified by the member. 4. Refund Exceptions: Refunds may not be available for certain non-refundable items or services, including but not limited to: Customized team uniforms or apparel. Fees associated with sanctioned tournaments or competitions. Membership fees for specific club programs or leagues. 5. Cancellation and Withdrawal Policies: Members who wish to cancel their membership or withdraw from a program or event must adhere to the club's cancellation and withdrawal policies, as outlined in the membership agreement or program registration form. Failure to comply with the club's cancellation and withdrawal policies may affect eligibility for refunds. 6. SEND ME GIRLS 25/26

Upon parents and athletes committing to the season and accepting their position on the team their will be NO REFUND if an athlete decides to quit prior to season ending. Send Me Volleyball – No Refund Policy At Send Me Volleyball, we are committed to providing a quality training experience for all athletes. To ensure the sustainability of our programs, we have established the following No Refund Policy: All payments are final – No refunds will be issued for program fees, registration costs, or any other payments once a player has committed to a session. No refunds for missed practices, tournaments, or events – Absences due to personal reasons, injuries, illness, or scheduling conflicts will not be refunded or credited. Injury or Medical Withdrawals – In the case of a season-ending injury, a credit may be issued for future programs at the discretion of Send Me Volleyball, but no cash refunds will be provided. A doctor's note will be required. Program Adjustments – Weather delays, facility changes, or schedule modifications do not qualify for a refund. We will do our best to accommodate adjustments as needed. Payment Installments & Commitment – If a player commits to a program with a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed regardless of participation status. By registering for a Send Me Volleyball program, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
